In a widely shared viral video, prominent Yoruba‑nation activist Chief Sunday Adeyemo, known as Sunday Igboho, appears in high spirits and deeply grateful, crediting divine providence for preventing a fatal attack allegedly orchestrated by former President Buhari. With a tone both triumphant and reflective, Igboho mocks the late president, referencing past attempts on his life: “Buhari that wanted to kill me many years ago… now he is gone.” He then expresses profound relief and faith, urging viewers to “please listen,” as he praises God for delivering him from danger.  


Sunday Igboho has long claimed that the Buhari administration targeted him, even accusing the former president of involvement in his family’s tragedies .
