Nigerian Afrobeat sensation Ayra Starr has achieved a remarkable milestone: her hit single "Rush" has surpassed 1 billion streams worldwide, solidifying her status as a global music powerhouse. Released in September 2022, "Rush" has become a defining track in her career, contributing significantly to her streaming success.

In addition to this achievement, Ayra Starr has overtaken Yemi Alade to become the most-viewed Nigerian female artist on YouTube, amassing over 811 million views. Her "Rush" music video alone has garnered more than 395 million views, making it the most-watched video by a Nigerian female artist on the platform.
