Assassination of Ex-Ukrainian Official Andriy Portnov Outside Madrid School Sparks International Investigation

On May 21, 2025, Andriy Portnov, a former Ukrainian politician and close aide to ousted pro-Russian President Viktor Yanukovych, was fatally shot outside the American School of Madrid in the affluent suburb of Pozuelo de Alarcón.
