2Baba Weds Edo Lawmaker Natasha Osawaru in Private Traditional Ceremony

Nigerian music icon Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has married Honourable Natasha Osawaru, a serving lawmaker in the Edo State House of Assembly, in a private traditional ceremony held in Abuja.

The ceremony, attended by close family members, featured the couple dressed in traditional attire, with videos circulating online showing them posing beside their traditional wedding cake.

Prior to the wedding, 2Baba introduced Natasha to his family and the Idoma traditional council in Benue State, seeking their blessings.

Natasha Osawaru, born on November 14, 1994, represents the Egor Constituency in the Edo State House of Assembly. She is the granddaughter of Chief Gabriel Osawaru Igbinedion, the Esama of Benin Kingdom.

The union has sparked discussions on social media, with fans expressing mixed reactions to the singer’s new marriage following his separation from actress Annie Macaulay Idibia earlier this year.

As 2Baba and Natasha embark on this new chapter, their marriage marks a significant moment in Nigerian celebrity culture, blending entertainment and politics in a traditional setting.
