The consultations later moved to the residence of Baba Bankole, a respected party elder and influential leader in Ward 9. During the visit, party executives and supporters sought his blessings and endorsement for Yerima's continued leadership. Baba Bankole reportedly offered fatherly advice, highlighted areas requiring improvement, and encouraged continued dedication to grassroots development before giving his support for the aspiration.
