A Royal Salute to a Legacy of Wisdom and Peace – Yerima Celebrates the Olubadan at 90

Hon. Oluwafemi Abolade Gabriel (Yerima), the distinguished House Leader of Ona Ara Local Government Legislative Council, has joyfully extended heartfelt congratulations to His Imperial Majesty, Oba Akinloye Owolabi Olakulehin, Ige Olakulehin I, Olubadan of Ibadanland, on the dual occasion of his *90th birthday* and *first anniversary on the throne*.

In his warm message of goodwill, Hon. Yerima described the revered monarch as *"a living embodiment of royalty, grace, and time-honored Ibadan values whose wisdom continues to illuminate the path of governance and culture in Oyo State."*

Yerima further praised Oba Olakulehin’s remarkable leadership within just one year on the throne, noting that his reign has already recorded giant strides in promoting harmony, cultural pride, and community development across Ibadanland.

“As you mark 90 noble years and one impactful year as Olubadan, I, on behalf of the good people of Ona Ara, salute your legacy of peace, service, and resilience. May your reign continue to flourish in good health and divine wisdom,” Yerima added.

He called on all sons and daughters of Ibadan to use this moment to reflect on the rich heritage the Olubadan represents and to recommit to building a united, prosperous Ibadanland.
